Born in Denver, Colorado, Dave's journey of discipline and leadership began with a two-year stint in the Marines, stationed in Okinawa, Japan. This experience laid the groundwork for his strong work ethic and disciplined approach to challenges. After his military service, Dave accelerated his education at Colorado State University's prestigious Construction Management program, graduating a year early. He immediately entered the commercial construction sector, earning a LEED AP certification and quickly rising to the role of Senior Project Manager. In this capacity, he has overseen a wide array of projects, from medical centers to gas stations and multifamily housing developments. In addition to his construction achievements, Dave also owns and manages over $20 million in real estate assets, further showcasing his versatility and business acumen. His recent milestones include completing a $70 million student housing project at Colorado State University and successfully repositioning a 293-unit multifamily property near CSU, all while the property remained occupied. Dave's multifaceted career—from Marine to construction leader to real estate mogul—is a testament to his resilience, skill, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
